These e-mails contain false invoices for the products and services purchased by the two companies, but they are clearly never made.

Once the two companies were paid, funds were distributed to bank accounts in six different countries, including Cyprus, Lithuania, Hungary, Slovakia and Latvia.
Google reported to the authorities that they quickly discovered fraud and recovered the money paid from Rimasauskas, similarly, Facebook also reported that he recovered part of the funds, and that he cooperates with the authorities in the investigation. However, it is still not very clear because companies have easily converted millions of dollars without checking this phantom stealth company.
On the other hand, Rimasauskas may be prosecuted for 30 years without bail, where he will be tried on 24 July.
