The application is called Onetap Glitch, which is a photo editing application but its main idea is to add the Glich effect as you notice its name, its size is not more than 3 MB, which is available on Google Play and you can download it free of charge through the store or through the link below.

After you have downloaded the application you enter it and then choose between camera or gallery, if you choose Gallery you enter and choose the image you want to work on easily.

After selecting the image the application will give you several filters in the form of Glitch, you only choose the filter you want and you find suitable, there are some filters you will notice that it is closed but will be activated after a day or two.
You can also edit and customize this filter any way you want by clicking on the second section in the bottom menu.
