To get these backgrounds and for free, you will need to download the modified application from the "apkmirror" site. Then you install it on your smartphone.
Then open the "Wallpapers" application that you downloaded earlier and then download a little, and there you will see a new section called "Live Wallpaper". After that you should only choose the images you like to be a live wallpaper of your phone.
