As part of Microsoft's push toward cloud applications and mobile applications, it has invested in many cloud extensions. One of these features is Flow, a service that allows you to perform a number of tasks automatically, similar to the famous IFTTT service. Where you can connect many services to each other to save you time and serve you in what you want.

What does Flow do?
Flow is Microsoft's attempt to give you some kind of automation for alerts, alerts, data collection and networking that will help you spend less time in boring work. Similar to the famous IFTTT service, but with a tendency toward desktops rather than Internet objects or devices.
For example, you can automatically create jobs to store images from Instagram to Microsoft Drive permanently without your intervention, or re-publish your article in your social accounts, etc. Many of the tasks that you can make them work in a way.

Anyone can use Flow if they sign up for a free Microsoft account. People who have an Office 365 subscription can also use Flow, but they get the same functionality as people with a free Microsoft account.
You can also pay for a Flow account if you plan to use more than the free account allows.

What can I do with Flow?
The Flow task is to make the tasks you do manually every day that the computer does for you. This may be as simple as getting an email alert when someone modifies a file in Dropbox or a complex such as a multi-step workflow with approvals, alerts, and alerts based on Power BI analysis.

You can create three main types of tasks:
Automatic: Tasks that are triggered automatically by an event, such as e-mail access or file change.
Button: Tasks that are manually run by a button you press.
Scheduler: Tasks are run at a specified time, either once or as a recurring procedure.
It is often difficult to think about the ways in which this type of tool is used, so Microsoft has provided a large number of templates that you can choose from, some specifically designed for specific situations (productivity, sales, software development, etc.).
