Skype finally lets you share your phone screen when making video calls

Microsoft plans to give another push to the Skype platform to increase the number of users they use from mobile devices. Although the official access to the new feature is unknown, the company is testing the possibility of transferring the shared screen functionality to the Android and iOS operating systems.

Skype finally lets you share your phone screen when making video calls

After increasing the number of people who can communicate at the same time via video, a function that other platforms already have is the possibility of sharing the mobile screen.

Microsoft plans to allow Skype users to share their mobile phone screens during calls. Something will be available for Android and iOS, and it will help a lot in business meetings, support and presentations remotely. Microsoft says they want to help share PowerPoint presentations, buy online with friends, or enjoy apps of all kinds in a group, but you need to be subscribed to the Skype Insider.
The functionality will be available in trial mode, so you can request access in this link.

This feature has already appeared on iOS screenshots, as seen in the image above, but it is not known when it will be available to everyone without having to be Insider.
