Items that can be purchased have a blue "Checkout on Instagram" button below them. When you click it, we'll need to provide our email so that the request can be completed. Then we just have to put the address and payment before you make the purchase, all in the instagram without having to go to the retail store.
This feature seems to be just a beginning, because Instagram has commented that Checkout is only part of a long-term investment in purchases. It seems to create an online store, it will be something of the past, where everyone can sell on a medium / long term intrest.
