There are many ways on Android devices to deal with this annoying problem, and we will take you through some steps to solve this problem in the hope of stopping the emergence of pop-ups on your computer.
For Routers: Using AdAway and AdBlocker Reborn
As always, Rotarians have great flexibility and power when using the tools that are appropriate for this work. They have Xposed Installer installed and use it with AdBlocker Reborn, a very powerful ad blocker, and it also prevents annoying and pop-up ads.

You can use this with AdAway, an open source application that detects annoying pop-ups, as well as strengthening your defenses against normal ads. If your phone has a router, this is the most appropriate option.
Change your DNS
You change the DNS (Domain Name Server) you use to connect to the Internet, and redirect it to another server, for example AdGuard, which contains rules to block ads and pop-ups.
To do so, download the DNS Changer application like this, open it, and choose Add Custom DNS. Type the following DNS addresses on the "DNS 1" and "DNS 2" lines:
DNS 1: 176.103.130.130
DNS 2: 176.103.130.131
These are DNS addresses for Ad Guard's free DNS servers, then click Start, and connect to the server!
You can also try the official AdGuard app to get rid of pop-ups and annoying ad groups.
Clear cache and cookies in your browser
Many of the malicious pop-ups actually appear on sites, so you'll need to find options to clear your browser's cache, cookies, and location data in the "History" section of Settings. Just go there and scan everything that points to the cookies, location data and storage.

Clear your Android device for malware
Malware is a comprehensive term that may mean spyware, ransom programs, or adware.

Adware is a malicious program that automatically directs ads and of course pop-up ads have a share of them, so download the antivirus on your computer; if you do, make sure it's configured to perform automatic checks. In this case, you have to go into the program and manually check it yourself to make sure you do not have pop-ups.
However, before you go to deep dark places on your device that may cause pop-ups, you can check for malware first.
