You must agree to the Terms of Service and click "Run VPNFilter Check." The appearance of the Not infected clause means the integrity of the router from the virus.

This tool checks whether your device has been compromised by a specific component used by VPNFilter, otherwise known as the ssler plugin. If this tool detects that the router is not infected with the additional ssler component, your router may still be vulnerable because of other threats or VPNFilter components. In this case you will have to update the router or buy a new one if you are using an old device that does not have updates.
