As the Facebook team has said, you will soon be able to reply to direct messages from the inbox. As we see in the picture, Instagram Direct will have space in the inbox of the page we manage, making it easy to manage all messages from one place.

As with Instagram, you can share links, upload photos, tag like likes, and so on. Therefore, brand or corporate page administrators can use this dynamic to answer their fans' questions or concerns about intrest without leaving Facebook.
For a long time, this same dynamic has been applied to messages coming from Messenger, and now with this integration of Instagram Direct, there will be a full control panel from Facebook, followed by the unified corporate messaging system that Mark Zuckerberg promised.
This was not the only new feature announced at the event, but new tools were introduced that would help administrators manage their groups and improve community dynamics, as well as new options to encourage donations to non-profit organizations from Instagram.
