HackerRank regularly hosts tens of thousands of tests and encryption challenges for developers to improve their programming skills. Hundreds of thousands of developers from around the world participate in challenges in a variety of programming languages and areas of knowledge, from Python to algorithms to security and protection.
According to their data, the Chinese, leaders ranked first, outperform other countries in mathematics, functional programming and data structure challenges, while Russians dominate the algorithms, "the most competitive and popular arena," the company says.
